Terms of Service

These Terms set forth the rights,obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection
with the use of the Worldon game service and related services.

For the purposes of these Terms, thefollowing definitions apply:

1. Company refers to NSPEC Co., Ltd., which provides the Worldon service.
2. User refers to any person who accesses or uses the Service.
3. Member refers to a user who has completed registration by providing personal information.
4. Account means the information created by a Member for identification and use of the Service.
5. Content means all in-game data, characters, items, virtual currency, and related materials.
6. Paid Content refers to in-game items or services purchased for a fee.
   

1. These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service or the official website.
2. The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Any changes to the Terms will be announced in advance with the effective date.
4. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their membership.
   

1. A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms andcompletes the registration process.
2. The Company may refuse or terminate registration if a user:

• Provides false information
• Uses another person’s identity
• Violates these Terms orapplicable laws
  

1. Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords.
2. The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use ofan account unless due to the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

1. The Company aims to provide the Service 24 hours a day, year-round.
2. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events.

1. Payments for Paid Content are processed through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other app market operators’ payment systems.
2. Prices and payment conditions for Paid Content are clearly displayed within the Service.
3. Refunds and withdrawal of purchases are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the refund policies of the respective app market operators.

1. Minors must obtain consent from their legal guardians to purchase Paid Content.
2. Purchases made without such consent may be canceled or refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Unauthorized modification of game data, hacking, or use of macros
• Use or distribution of illegal programs
• Acts that cause harm or discomfort to other users
• Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service and Content belong to the Company.
2. Users may use the Service only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
   

The Company may restrict or suspend a user’s access to the Service without prior notice if the user violates these Terms.

1. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events.
2. The Company is not liable for damages caused by the user’s own fault.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the Company’s principal place of business.
